A good community governance mechanism can gather internal strength, promote its own development and attract external support. Comprehensive inspection of the global blockchain community, a successful blockchain community governance model needs to do the following:

The first is to establish and improve the incentive mechanism for the community. Only by giving enough incentives to community members can positive feedback be formed and more community members be attracted to join. In the blockchain community, a common incentive mechanism is “mining” activities. Therefore, in order to improve the enthusiasm of community members, the benefits of network nodes must be fully guaranteed in the design of community governance.

The second is sufficient "community autonomy". The concept of "100% decentralized nodes and community autonomy" has become the "consensus" of the blockchain community. However, in practice, many blockchain communities are largely led by the project party. Community autonomy of the blockchain, CyberBaller will adopt a distributed community model, which will be established by community members.

The third is to practice "code is law". CyberBaller will write the basic rules of community governance into smart contracts, which will be automatically executed by the system, and ensure the continuity and stability of community rules through reasonable distribution of governance rights. Major events and strategic decisions in the CyberBaller

ecosystem are decided by all CyberBaller token holders through consultation and voting. The governance scheme of CyberBaller will also be gradually improved according to the requirements of different stages of community development.

The off-chain governance of CyberBaller is led by the council, which is responsible for the decision-making of major issues. The foundation is the executive team responsible for the daily operations of CyberBaller, including but not limited to technology development, product design, community operations, marketing, etc., and accepts expert consultants Professional guidance and supervision of the group.
